Newport Antler Motel Policies
Here are the Newport Antler we want making reservations and staying with us to be seamless and easy. We do have certain policies in place to help make this happen and to help both ourselves and our customers to a great experience.
POLICIES
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel up to 2 days before check in, no fee will apply. If you cancel later than the 48 hours 100% of the first night will be charged.
Check-in Time: Between 2pm-8pm
Check-out Time: 11 am
***Late checkout must be approved by office upon check in and is $10/hr until 1pm when a full days charge will apply.
Our office closes at 10PM if you have not made prior arrangements for a late arrival, at 10PM your reservation will be released and you will be charged the nights stay as a No Call/No Show.
All rooms are NON-SMOKING a minimum of $200 will be charged to your credit/debit card for smoking in the room
WiFi is available and free for you to use as a guest
Pets are allowed in specific rooms only. There is a $10 charge per pet/per night. If you are travelling with your pet please make this known when making a reservation, there is a chance a pet unit will not be available upon check in if not prearranged.
There is a $200 charge for non registered pets in the rooms. This is to ensure guests who have allergies are not exposed to pet dander or hair in rooms that are not used as pet rooms.
